The Resort is a self-contained commercial establishment that tries to provide most of a vacationer’s wants, such as food, drink, lodging, sports, and entertainment. Resort is supposed to be condominium complex, units are timeshares or owed fractionally or wholly owned condominium.
Resort has very demanding site; with steep slopes and on average ten trees per Kanal. Biggest challenge was to achieve required units and not removing any single tree. Resort is intelligently divide into three blocks with each block placed on natural ground level to minimize cut and fill. Resort manures around the trees, in process creating a very site specific Architecture with grand courtyards and alluring views of the Valleys.
Clubhouse contains spa, saloon, swimming pool, Restaurant, offices, gym, gaming areas, rooftop lounge etc. Spa and saloon have picturesque views of the valley. While gym and Restaurant hovers over the valley with cantilevered structure.
